Price
Céline Roland Opticien reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are recorded, subject to availability. Products remain the property of Céline Roland Opticien until full payment of the price has been received.
Availability
Our product offers are either in stock or available on special order for you. In the event of a temporary unavailability of an "in stock" product after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. You will then be able to request the cancellation or exchange of your order by email at: service@celine-Roland-opticien.fr
For an in-stock product, allow approximately 72 hours for delivery; for a made-to-order product, allow between 2 and 5 weeks.

Tax exemption
All products shipped outside the European Union are tax-exempt; the amount of the tax exemption will be automatically deducted from the invoice.
In the case of shipment to a country outside the European Union and French Overseas Territories, customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable upon receipt. These duties and charges will be your responsibility and fall entirely under your own liability, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country.

When you click the Confirm button at the end of the ordering process, you declare that you accept the order as well as all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by celine-Roland-opticien.fr constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by celine-Roland-opticien.fr and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Item with a colour surcharge
This item will be specially manufactured for you. If you request a refund, the colour surcharge will remain your responsibility. For example, if the item is usually priced at €200 and you are charged €15 for a colour other than those normally held in stock, you will be refunded €200, but you will not be refunded the additional €15.
Likewise, if you cancel your order before receiving it, you will be refunded for the jumper, but not for the colour surcharge, as the jumper will have already been put into production.
If you are unsure about the colour: you have the option of ordering a colour catalogue where you can see all our colours on cashmere. We will ask for a deposit of €20 for this catalogue, including postage, which will be fully refunded upon return of the catalogue.
If you are unsure about the size: you can order an item in a similar size from the stocked items. After confirming that this size suits you, you can return your jumper to us and then order the jumper in the special colour. You will not be asked to pay postage a second time.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
Shipments are made via Colissimo Tracked for Metropolitan France and international destinations.

Delivery to French Overseas Departments
The VAT rate applied for shipments to the departments of Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion is 8.5%. VAT is not applicable in the department of French Guiana.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of 45 (forty-five) days, or within a period of 15 (fifteen) days during sale periods. The withdrawal period expires 45 days (or 15 days during sale periods) after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (by post to PLMB / Céline Roland Opticien - 32 rue des Prévoyants de l'Avenir 49000 Angers, by email at service@celine-Roland-opticien.fr or by telephone on 02 41 20 86 86) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement. You may use the withdrawal form template enclosed with your invoice, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice, where applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any charges for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract to the following address:

This deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Your liability is limited to the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods. How to make a return?

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
